About Téa's Portraits
How it works:
I work from photos. Your job is to send me one or more photo(s) for reference. Typically and preferably, I don't add to or change the reference photo for a painting. Candids work best for my style which is gestural and impressionistic. Once we agree on the subject and size (9"x12", 11"x14", 12"x18", stretched canvas or canvas sheet), set-up fee is $25. Painting takes anywhere from 1-4 weeks to complete. I will send photo updates along the way. Finished work is varnished and ready for framing! Remaining cost is then due, plus cost of shipping. I accept Venmo and PayPal.
I'm an artist with a life-long passion for drawing the world around me, focusing particularly on the human figure and expression. My gift is capturing the physical likeness and at the same time, those unique characteristics each of us embodies. Every painting tells a story of life in that moment.
